Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase on Godot Foundry. Here's how refunds work.
1. Digital Asset Policy
Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The asset does not work as described in the product listing
- The asset is materially different from what was advertised (e.g., wrong Godot version compatibility, missing described features)
- The asset file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@godotfoundry.com with the following information:
- Your order ID or the email address used at checkout
- The name of the asset you purchased
- A clear description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
3. Refund Decision
Godot Foundry reserves the right to make the final determination on refund requests. We may deny a refund if:
- The request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- The asset has been downloaded and the issue cannot be reproduced
- The issue is due to your system configuration or an incompatible version of Godot that was clearly stated as unsupported
- We determine the claim to be fraudulent or made in bad faith
4. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Upon a successful refund, your license to use the asset is revoked and you must delete all copies of the downloaded files.
5. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for ensuring their assets work as described and are compatible with the Godot versions listed. Refunds granted due to misrepresentation or technical failure may result in the corresponding amount being deducted from the creator's pending balance.
